Someone who is using Paint Tool Sai or Gimp to edit photos? I want to know how to edit, 'cause i like drawing but with TS3,... Well idk how to... I know, i don't have Photoshop...Don't have money and don't know where to download. Sorry PS users.. :/ If you have time to help me, please reply on this thread or PM me. Thanks!!
