Just an Idea to keep it more organised.
Maybe ask Cleo if she could make a Categorie which actually is just for the memorial.
That way all shows can go in there and when the shows have run, she could make it invisible.

Awesome, sounds good. 3 Day Event Judged by Stepshieq. If you Stepshieq could type up the show rules etc, then copy and paste to me via message and I can add to the overall show (No date set yet so you've got plenty time for now) Dressage show judged by aurorasparks. Pony Showjumping Show judged by Rachel Stone Showjumping show judged by Victor Koliat Fun show (perhaps motorbike themed?) judged by Gladys Western Halter show judged by Shamrock Stables Cross Country show judged by Hillmyer Estates English Halter show judged by Jacqueline Enigma Keep any ideas coming everyone  Ok, so I don't know how the category idea works so will wait and see what Cleo says. As a first draft of show time table, what do you all think about this: Saturday September the 2nd 2017 the first 2 shows to go live are: Dressage hosted and judged by Aurora sparks 3 Day Event hosted and judged by Stepshieq Saturday September the 9th the next 2 to go live are: Showjumping hosted and judged by Victor Koliat Pony Showjumping hosted and judged by Rachel Stone Saturday September 16th the next 2 to go live are: Fun Show hosted and judged by Gladys Cross Country Show hosted and judged by Hillmyer Estates Saturday September 23rd final 2 to go live are: English Halter Show hosted and judged by Jacqueline Enigma Western Halter Show hosted and judged by ShamrockStables |

Meaning 2 shows to get photo's etc done for within 2 weeks. Unless of course you judges would rather put up your own deadline. I'm happy either way |

No, I think two weeks would be good, else the time table would go chaotic. Or the two who are at that point have the same deadline. And not one two weeks and the other three. Cause then the only thing needed is for the next ones to adjust their date with let's say a week. I would prefer two weeks. But that is my opinion.

Ok, so we'll leave it up to each judge to put their own deadline up for their show.
I'll inbox all the different judges with the suggested time table I put up earlier as no one has had any objections, then we all know where we are at.
