Well, in the poses, my sim doesnt really fit in the saddle. Now I tried to move them both (horse and rider) with the OMSP, but that too, doesnt really work. Or probably I dont know how to use OMSP the right way XD Does someone now what I have to do?

It helps with positioning more accurately. LINK Also consider that Icelandics are smaller, so if you have bigger sims their body parts might be too large since tack grows/shrinks depending on the horse's size.
